This session will feature the launch of the WEPs Tool Trends and Opportunities Report 2024, outlining global and regional business trends in closing the gender gap across the workplace, marketplace, and community. The session will also feature a spotlight presentation unveiling the preliminary findings of research conducted by the Africa Business Leaders Coalition (ABLC) and the Boston Consulting Group on Women’s Economic Inclusion in Africa. As a unified pan-African voice, the ABLC advocates for gender-responsive private sector engagements, encourages governments to create enabling environments, and calls for multi-stakeholder collaboration to implement impactful private sector solutions across the continent and beyond. Key insights of the Business Leadership Dialogues will inform the African Business Leaders Gender Equality Statement that is set to launch in 2024.
