Ms. Esther Chang serves as the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), the local chapter of the United Nations Global Compact and a prominent platform for advancing corporate sustainability. In her role, she leads GCNS's strategy and growth, including business development, fundraising, and building public-private partnerships. Esther also serves as a vital link between GCNS and the United Nations Global Compact headquarters.

Throughout her career, Esther has demonstrated a commitment to creating a positive impact in diverse sectors, spanning healthcare, education, and international development, in both North America and Singapore. She is passionate about fostering multilateral partnerships to create sustainable solutions at a meaningful scale. Esther also dedicates her time and expertise to volunteer for causes related to gender equality and social welfare.

Esther holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Life Sciences from Queen's University (Canada) and post-graduate diplomas in Fundraising and Volunteer Management at Humber College (Canada) and Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge (UK). She is also accredited by the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), a globally recognised certification for philanthropy.
