Ms. Esther Chang serves as the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), the local chapter of the United Nations Global Compact and a prominent platform for advancing corporate sustainability. In her role, she leads GCNS's strategy and growth, including business development, fundraising, and building public-private partnerships. Esther also serves as a vital link between GCNS and the United Nations Global Compact headquarters.
Throughout her career, Esther has demonstrated a commitment to creating a positive impact in diverse sectors, spanning healthcare, education, and international development, in both North America and Singapore. She is passionate about fostering multilateral partnerships to create sustainable solutions at a meaningful scale. (Hons) in Life Sciences from Queen's University (Canada) and post-graduate diplomas in Fundraising and Volunteer Management at Humber College (Canada) and Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge (UK).
