Belinda Shu serves as VANITY GROUP’s Global Head of Quality, Regulatory & ESG. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of the company's ESG strategy within the Hotel Essentials sector, ensuring its seamless integration across all business operations. She is also responsible for stakeholder engagement and outcome reporting, providing strategic support and advice in an evolving and complex market.

With over 15 years of experience in regulatory, sustainability, and environmental leadership, Belinda has worked across a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and cosmetics. Her expertise in climate transition planning and disclosures positions her as a passionate advocate for accelerating net-zero and circular economy outcomes in an equitable manner.

Belinda holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia and a B.Sc. with a major in chemistry from Campbell University in the USA. Additionally, she is a Green Globe Accredited Auditor, underscoring her commitment to sustainable practices and global environmental standards.
