For nearly two decades, Atiya has been dedicated to the non-clinical aspects of the healthcare sector, working in areas such as data analysis, human resources, and sustainability. This includes the implementation of a new HR program across seven hospitals within nine months and establishing an HR shared services function, all while fostering soft skills and a new organizational culture aligned with the company's purpose.

At Principal Capital Public Company Limited, she has initiated sustainability efforts across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. She led the company in joining the "Care the Whale" waste management project with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, led the team to calculate the carbon footprint for organization of the 14 hospitals, and gradually integrated the carbon footprint into corporate KPIs.
One thoughtful initiative involved partnering with Noburo, an award-winning startup dedicated to alleviating financial burdens for individuals blacklisted by the credit bureau. Through this collaboration, Atiya aimed to empower employees by providing both financial resources and knowledge, fostering a more balanced life for them.
