Adlan’s leadership emphasizes green technology and sustainable infrastructure solutions, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This includes developing energy-efficient and eco-friendly telecom towers and implementing smart technologies to boost operational efficiency. EDOTCO Group is also the first Malaysian telecommunications company to join the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). These efforts not only enhance the company's competitiveness but also contribute to a more sustainable telecommunications industry in Malaysia and across Asia.
Under Adlan’s guidance, EDOTCO Group has grown rapidly and is recognized as one of Malaysia’s three Unicorns by Credit Suisse, marking significant growth in the region.
Besides his role at EDOTCO Group, Adlan is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and is a member of the 30% Club Malaysia.
