Mr. Ganesh Reddy is the founder of Citizens Foundation, A Civil Society Organization working in the development sector since 1997 in the areas of Health, Livelihood, Natural Resource Management, Techno Managerial Services and Advocacy among others. After originating from its humble beginnings in Jharkhand the organization has expanded its outreach to the other states other than Jharkhand such as Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Manipur, Assam, Nagaland, and Haryana reaching more than 1 million population.

Mr. Ganesh Reddy is also a fitness and cycling enthusiast. He is a school dropout who has carved a niche for himself with his penchant to do something for the society. He has featured in “Small Big Bang” book which is about the lives of 30 diehard entrepreneurs from across India who dared to be different, compiled by 26 IIM students from 13 IIMs (2014). He has also featured in India Today Covid-19 warrior issue for “Line of Life” campaign conceptualized and executed to promote physical and social distancing.
