Shirin Kujur is a seasoned sustainability professional with a strong background in ESG. Her expertise spans sustainability disclosures, ratings, strategy formulation, stakeholder management, and goal/target achievement. She actively follows global developments related to emerging regulatory disclosure requirements and frameworks.

In terms of industry experience, Shirin has worked in renewable energy and fast-moving consumer goods. Currently, at TVS Motor Company, she oversees strategy development, sustainability disclosures, ratings, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining TVS, she made significant contributions to sustainability initiatives at one of India’s largest renewable energy firms. During her tenure at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s social development strategy. Her responsibilities included managing community development programs and conducting social due diligence for greenfield projects, aligning them with the company’s social and environmental objectives.

Additionally, Shirin serves as a Sustainability Assessor at the CII-ITC Centre for Sustainable Development, a prestigious platform that recognizes Indian companies’ sustainability efforts. She holds a master’s degree in Development Planning and Administration from the University of London, a postgraduate diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, and an undergraduate Arts degree from the University of Delhi.
