Simiao You is the Participant Engagement Senior Manager at the UN Global Compact Office. Simiao is responsible for helping companies achieve their sustainability objectives by guiding them in their engagement with the Global Compact, with a particular focus on Asia and Oceania. She serves as the UN Global Compact focal point of company engagement from the region. Throughout her years at the UN Global Compact, Simiao has led elements of business operations and worked to bring the voice of responsible business to major convenings. She holds a Master of Public Administrations from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
