Frank WANG, aged 53, is the Executive Vice President of CEO Office. He joined the group in 2008, has been the Head of Strategic Management dept. of Instant Noodles business, Head of Strategic Management dept. of Master Kong Beverage business and Pepsi Beverage business, Head of Chairman’s Office, Board Secretary and Head of Corporate Development dept. Mr. Wang is responsible for corporate strategy, organization restructure, information technology, legal, public relations, public affairs in the Group. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wang served as Associate Director in KPMG Taiwan, Senior Consultant in Computer Associates’ JV, where he was in charge of Asia Pacific business. He has years of experience in digital transformation and value chain integration, value chain integration, sustainable.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering from National Taiwan University, a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, and a Master Degree of
Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University.
