Rathika de Silva is the Executive Director of UN Global Compact Network Sri Lanka. A pioneer in corporate sustainability with extensive management experience in Sri Lanka and the region having served on several management projects in Bangladesh, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. An expert on Sustainability Reporting, a strong strategist and a visionary leader skilled in driving business transformation and growth. Prior to his current position at UN Global Compact Network Sri Lanka he served as Country Head for DNV GL Business Assurance (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka and as the Vice President, Sustainable Development at Holcim Sri Lanka. He is an Alumni of University of Louisiana, USA, University of Cambridge, UK and the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.
