As a Senior Advisor at Shift, Andrew advises companies and financial institutions on how to put the UNGPs into practice, with a particular focus on CSDDD and other regulatory implementation, and the nexus between human rights and climate change. Andrew combines expertise in environmental issues with experience developing and implementing human rights policies, due diligence approaches, reporting and grievance systems at major multinational companies. Prior to Shift, Andrew worked in public policy and sustainability roles at Tesco in the UK and PepsiCo in both the UK and the US. He has a law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is based in New York City.
