Shinelle Grant-Sealey is the Vice President, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) at Guardian Group and NCB Financial Group, where she leads the Group's sustainability strategy across one of the Caribbean's leading financial services organisations.

Working closely with Boards, executive leadership and business units, she is responsible for integrating ESG and climate considerations into governance, enterprise risk management, business planning, product development and investment decision-making. Her portfolio spans climate and sustainability risk, sustainable finance, corporate reporting and stakeholder engagement, helping to strengthen organisational resilience and support long-term business performance.

Before joining Guardian Group, Shinelle built her career in management consulting with PwC, advising public and private sector organisations on organisational transformation, enterprise-wide change and strategic initiatives. With more than fifteen years of experience spanning transformation, governance and sustainability, she brings a practical perspective to helping organisations navigate complexity, respond to emerging risks and unlock new opportunities.

A recognised voice on sustainability, governance and responsible business in the Caribbean, Shinelle is a frequent speaker at regional leadership forums on ESG, sustainable finance, climate resilience and corporate governance. She believes sustainability delivers its greatest value when embedded into the way organisations make decisions, manage risk and pursue growth, enabling stronger business performance alongside positive outcomes for people, communities and the environment.

Shinelle holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University (Canada), and a BSc in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
