Rostom Talakhadze is the CEO of Cellfie Mobile, where he leads the company’s transformation from a traditional telecommunications operator into a digital-first, data-powered technology company. His focus includes customer experience, network development, digital growth, artificial intelligence, and building a culture of ownership and disciplined execution.

Before joining Cellfie Mobile, Rostom held senior leadership roles at TBC Bank in Georgia and Uzbekistan. He contributed to the launch and rapid growth of TBC Uzbekistan, one of the region’s leading digital banking platforms, and later led digital banking transformation initiatives at TBC Georgia.

Rostom has extensive experience in digital transformation, fintech, innovation, and organizational leadership. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management, including programs focused on digital business, artificial intelligence, analytics, innovation, and leadership.
