Shawn has over 35 years experience at Siemens in various Business Administration, Financial Management, Internal Audit and Compliance leadership roles in both South Africa and Germany. Since 2010 Shawn has focused on Ethics and Governance as Compliance Officer responsible for Africa, Head of Compliance Investigations in Munich, and Head of the Siemens Integrity Initiative in Siemens AG, Legal, Compliance and Intellectual Property in Munich. Shawn actively promoted and engaged in Collective Action through the Siemens Integrity Initiative for over 16 years. Established in 2009, the Siemens Integrity Initiative supports organizations and projects that fight corruption and fraud through Collective Action, Education and Training.
