Katja is an international expert in business integrity, anti-corruption, and governance. She is currently Senior Advisor to Leadership and Global Strategy Lead, Business Integrity, at Transparency International, where her work sits at the intersection of civil society, international institutions, and the private sector. She previously held a senior role at the World Economic Forum and, over 20 years, has advised companies and international organizations on anti-corruption and financial crime strategy and on structuring public-private partnerships, initiating and leading several multi-stakeholder initiatives. Katja has also served in leadership capacities with the Business 20 (B20) Integrity & Compliance Task Force and other international platforms, and continues to work closely with regulators, civil society, and global business on advancing integrity in practice.
