Fabio Massoli is Director of Administration, Finance, Control and Sustainability (CFO) at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), where he also oversees financial reporting. He joined CDP in 2015 as Head of Finance.
With over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets and structured finance, he has held increasingly senior roles at leading national and international financial institutions, including Capitalia Group, UniCredit Group and BNP Paribas Group.
In his current role, he contributes to shaping CDP’s financial strategy, integrating sustainability and long-term value creation into investment, funding and risk management decisions.
He has extensive board-level experience across listed and unlisted companies, including Ansaldo Energia and SIA S.p.A., and has held positions such as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nexi Group and Chairman of the Board at SACE FCT.
He is currently a board member of Autostrade per l’Italia (ASPI) and an Adjunct Professor in the Master’s in Corporate Finance at LUISS Business School
