Evan Hanczor is a chef and artist whose work focuses on food, sustainability, and storytelling. The longtime chef at Egg in Brooklyn, Evan is also the founder of Tables of Contents, an arts organization that creates unique experiences at the intersections of food, literature, and culture. In 2023, Evan opened Little Egg, a breakfast restaurant and community space in Brooklyn. He is a NYC Food Policy Center 40 Under 40 honoree, the co-author of Breakfast: Recipes to Wake Up For with Egg founder George Weld, and is the creator and editor of the Tables of Contents Community Cookbook, named one of the Best Cookbooks of 2021 by The New Yorker and Vanity Fair.
