Carmel Giblin is President and CEO of the Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP), an international not-for-profit organization. She leads ESCP's work to improve labor and environmental standards across global supply chains, combining practical action and transparency with a clear focus on better outcomes for workers.

Worker well-being is central to Carmel's leadership. She has led the development and implementation of programs that look beyond compliance to workers' day-to-day experience, welfare and quality of working life. Through ESCP, she helps workplaces and companies use worker insight alongside responsible sourcing processes to deliver practical, lasting improvements for workers and their employers. She works across the supply-chain ecosystem, bringing together workers, manufacturers, brands, licensors and retailers to
translate responsible business commitments into measurable change.

Before joining ESCP, Carmel was CEO of Sedex, where she grew the organization into the world's largest technology company operating in responsible sourcing. She brings senior leadership experience and a global perspective to discussions on worker well-being, human rights, responsible business conduct and the future of sustainable supply chains.
