Professional experience of 20 years both in public and private sector (EY, SWF Samruk-Kazyna, Development Bank of Kazakhstan).
Dina is a Managing Director for Strategy, Business processes, ESG and Big Data at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. In this role, she achieved and improved the Bank’s first ESG rating from Sustainable Fitch, developed an ESG Roadmap and a long-term strategy, focusing on sustainable development and led the process of the Bank’s accreditation from the Green Climate Fund as the first Direct Access Entity (DAE) in Kazakhstan.
With her experience in finance, data analytics and portfolio investments, Dina is committed to contributing to data-driven sustainable growth in Kazakhstan, fostering low-carbon investments and innovative solutions.
Education: University of Manchester (MSc Finance) - Chevening Scholarship, KIMEP (MBA). She is a member of the Presidential Youth Talent Pool.
