Lena Hök is Executive Vice President Sustainability & Innovation at Skanska Group and a member of the Group Leadership Team. She leads Skanska’s sustainability and innovation agenda, focusing on accelerating the transition to a more sustainable and resilient built environment. With experience spanning sustainability, business development, communications, and change management, Lena has worked across a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, finance, and energy. She is Chair of the Sustainability Committee at ICC Sweden, she also serves on the Built Environment Pathway Board at WBCSD and she Chairs the Skanska Green Bond Committee.

Lena has a Master of Social Science from Uppsala University and executive education programs from IMD and Stockholm School of Economics.
