Aishat Adigun is an Investment Analyst at Alitheia Capital, where she supports investment and value creation activities across funds focused on inclusive growth and sustainable economic development in Africa. Her work includes investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, market research, and supporting portfolio companies with growth and value creation initiatives.

With a background in Economics and Accounting, Aishat has gained experience across investment analysis, venture capital, private equity, and business research through roles at Alitheia Capital, African Capital Alliance, VestedWorld, and KPMG Nigeria.

She is interested in the role of entrepreneurship, inclusive finance, and sustainable investment in addressing challenges across emerging markets. She is particularly interested in how individuals within organisations can identify opportunities, develop ideas, and contribute to meaningful change from within.

Aishat was a National Champion in the 2024 CFA Institute Equity Research Challenge and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.
