Seun, as the CFO, leads the finance organization at Nuveen, a global asset manager. He previously served as the chief financial officer (interim) and chief accounting officer for TIAA. He is a board member of Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX), and CoreTrust, a Blackstone Company. Seun is a Life member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Seun graduated with a B.S. in Management and Accountancy from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University, and an executive management certificate from Columbia Business School. He is a chartered accountant and a certified public accountant, licensed in Illinois.
