Farida Adewale is a member of the Value Creation team at Alitheia Capital, an impact-focused private equity firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. She works closely with portfolio companies to drive growth, strengthen business performance, and create sustainable value through strategic and operational improvements. Her work focuses on value creation, ESG integration, and business optimization across Alitheia's diverse portfolio of companies.

Prior to joining Alitheia, Farida gained experience across management consulting, venture capital, private equity, and carbon markets. Her background includes supporting change and transformation initiatives, as well as investment strategies focused on sustainable development and long-term impact. She holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, travel, and exploring how sport can foster connection and create opportunities.
