Chepkoech is a sustainable finance with a multidisciplinary background in Climate finance, technology, and financial regulation and whose work sits at the intersection of commercial banking, central banking, enabling climate finance flow and financial systems resilience, particularly in Africa.

As a Green Finance Implementor at I&M Bank Kenya, she leads the development and implementation of sustainable finance strategies, helping mobilize capital through various catalytic and blended finance instruments toward low-carbon and climate-resilient financing at I&M Bank Kenya.
Her interests span climate finance, resilient financial systems, carbon markets ,financial regulation and the role of financial institutions in supporting a just and sustainable economic transition. With experience in corporate banking and sustainable finance, she brings a practical understanding of how financial market players can balance profitability, resilience and environmental stewardship.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Global Central Banking and Financial Regulation at Warwick Business School. She has earned professional certifications in Climate Risk, Valuation and Investing from the CFA Institute and Green and Sustainable Finance from the Chartered Banker Institute UK.
