Ximena Behoteguy is a Bolivian lawyer, specialist in Business Law, with postgraduate studies in "Gender Equality" and "Corporate Governance". Since 2012 she has chaired the Board of Directors of Banco FIE, being the first woman to assume that position in the Bolivian financial system. She promotes financial inclusion, women's economic empowerment and leads the Marca Magenta management and leadership model, awarded in Luxembourg. She is part of seven boards. In 2024 she was recognized by Bloomberg Línea as one of the "50 Women of Impact in Latin America", and is among the 100 leaders with the best reputation in the country, according to the MERCO ranking.
