Giulio Fazio is the Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Function of Enel spa.
He has served as Head of Extraordinary Finance Operations and Antitrust since 2004. In 2007, he became Head of the Legal Department for Iberia and Latin America, a position he maintained until the acquisition of Endesa was completed. In October 2008, he became Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Function at Enel Green Power and in 2014, he became Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Italy. Since 2016 he has been general counsel of Enel spa.
