Gloyta had a Bachelor of Arts (English and French) from Chulalongkorn University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from University of Stirling, Scotland, UK.

Prior to joining Bangchak Group, a transnational energy corporation based in Bangkok, Thailand, where she is currently responsible for internal, external and executive communications, corporate branding, corporate affairs, and strategic integration of sustainability activation, Gloyta spent over half of hercareer life with multinational companies namely Shell, McDonald’s, and Tetra Pak, holding various positions in communications, environment, and sustainable development. With Tetra Pak (2007-2014), she was on a short-term assignment at Tetra Pak International SA (Corporate Headquarters) in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2013, as Communications Director, Corporate Functions.

With Bangchak Group, Gloyta oversees all communications involving the organization including the strategic planning and programming related to external and internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability activation programs.

Gloyta has undergone leadership, communications, executive training courses in Thailand and overseas. She is regularly invited to speak and deliver training sessions in communications and sustainability by private and public sectors as well as academic institutions.

Gloyta sits on the Board of Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT) and Board of Directors of Keha Sukpracha Public Company Limited.; and serves as Chairperson of Carbon Markets Club; Chairperson of Subcommittee on Carbon Markets, Thailand Carbon Neutral Network; Director, Baimai Punsuk (Happiness Sharing) Foundation; Director, Oam Suk Social Enterprise Company Limited. She was also appointed Subcommittee member, Sport and Environment Subcommittee of the National Olympic Committee of Thailand under the Royal Patronage and Subcommittee member, Public RelationsSubcommittee, Eye Bank of Thailand, Thai Red Cross Society.ross Society.
