Jeevan Rajoo heads Tata Consultancy Services in Malaysia (TCS). He joined TCS several years ago and has worked in various capacities across the organization bringing more than 25 years of techno business leadership and executive management experience to his role. He manages corporate direction and strategy, facilitating company activity in consulting, sales, marketing and business partnership. He is also responsible for TCS Malaysia’s business units for industries, serving specific markets and industries such as financial services, Energy sector, telecommunications, and utilities with services designed to help solve the most complex business problems. He drives all key initiatives across the company, including designing and executing unique organizational growth programs with his clients.

Under Jeevan's leadership, TCS has increased market share and revenue to become the top 5 consulting company in Malaysia with close to 1200 consultants working across Malaysian projects. Jeevan's pioneered a policy of agile at workplace, interacting with the project delivery to have a pulse on all implemented programs. His approach to customer intimacy, business value creation, and staying relevant in all the engagements that he handles has been noteworthy within the industry. He advises members of Board of Directors in Government Linked Companies (GLC) especially in areas of digital economy and SDG transformation.

His strengths are in marketplace analysis, growth strategies, and non-linear growth, predicting trends while harnessing intrinsic corporate entrepreneurial spirit to nimble and agile organizations.

He graduated from University of Wales with BEng(Hons) Electronics with Communication, MBA from University of Newcastle and has completed Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

He is appointed by the Malaysian Government as a member of the GtoG CEO Forum between India and Malaysia. He is also a council member of Malaysia-India Business Council. In the past, he was tasked to spearheads programs to create entrepreneurs through an agency under the Prime Minister’s Department of Malaysia.

His passion in Sustainability Development Goals is evident which has led to the incubation of Social Enterprise Startups to address youth unemployment in Malaysia, his tree-planting programs across local schools in Klang Valley where close to 2000 Neem trees were planted, to imbibe a sense of closeness to nature amongst schoolchildren.

He is also a founding member of SEEd.Lab.my which is a first ever incubator program in Malaysia to create Social Enterprises to address Youth unemployment. Apart from that, he and his friends provide monthly food to more than 400 homeless people in Kuala Lumpur. He is also facilitator with an NGO that assist parents to raise wholesome children through ParentCare and Living Skills programs.

He is a half marathon runner and aspires to play golf more frequently.
