Lamisse has a long career in HR spanning 20 years where she has worked in industries such as banking, professional services and FMCG which all led to her joining the Middle East Deloitte team in 2012. After spending 9 years leading HR within the Financial Advisory business, she went on to assume a specialist role leading Purpose, Culture and Inclusion for the Middle East and Cyrpus. Lamisse is a purpose-driven leader who is passionate about the impact HR can make in driving positive and sustainable change, which is evident through her contribution to the D&I agenda and organizational culture.
