Marcel’s work through Anglo American’s global Living with Dignity framework aims at building safe spaces where every child, womxn and man has reason to value their life and is able to reach their full potential. Marcel has worked in the field of criminal justice, urban health and gender-based violence for over 15 years, building partnerships for the development and implementation of evidence-driven programming with diverse stakeholders across Africa – with civil society partners, national governments, the SADC Secretariat and UN agencies. His experience includes programme design, project and programme management, mixed-methods research, learning-oriented evaluation, and policy and strategy development.
