Ayman is a Harvard graduate who received numerous global awards for his leadership, strategic thinking, and marketing achievements. He is also known for his passion for CSR After 26 years of diverse experience at two leading multinational companies P&G where he took the lead in introducing one of P&G’s biggest new initiatives “Crest White Strips”. His efforts won him the recognition of Advertising Age Global Survey, who in 2009 was listed “Crest White Strips” as one of the top 10 new products of the decade alongside Apple’s iPod and others; including the expansion of its successful CSR program “Pepsi football School League”selected Mohamed Salah & 9 players out of the 11 Egyptian National team players. Ayman was promoted to PepsiCo South Asia, Middle East & Africa Regional Vice President where he led the establishment of the joint venture of PepsiCo & El Maraay to establish PepsiCo first intro into the dairy market. Ayman decided to move back to Egypt to join DMG / Mountain View Group led its expansion, especially the establishment of Mountain View as a leading real estate company. A firm believer in the importance of education and the potential the real estate business has in Egypt, Ayman established the Real Estate Academy in Egypt in cooperation with the American University in Cairo and the National University of Singapore. Ayman plays a pivotal role in setting Egypt's Vision 2030. His professional experience is international and he has consulted with a number of U.S., European, Arab, and Egyptian corporations and NGO(s).
