Ayman Ismail is the Chairman of THE UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT Network Egypt as a special initiative of the UN Secretary-General; the United Nations Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with Ten Principles in the areas of human rights,
Ayman Ismail is Founder and Chairman of AI Investment Capital Group, a prominent Investment Company in Egypt.
Ayman was the Founding Chairman of Egypt New Administrative Capital, now acting as main Advisor.
He is an accomplished executive with over 30 years' experience across large multinationals in leadership roles. Previously, he worked with Pepsi as President, North Africa and Chairman & CEO, Egypt, with approximately 10,000 employees where he established the joint venture with El Maraay to foray into dairy market. He also initiated a new business strategy for India market to expand leadership presence while serving as Regional Vice President, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. Prior to Pepsi, Mr. Ismail served P&G across Europe and Americas where he launched an oral care product, which was recognized as one of the 'top products of the decade'. He was promoted to lead Gillette merger and acquisition as well as integration implementation globally post acquisition for which he received the Distinguished Leadership Award
Mr Ismail attributes his success to being an authentic, courageous and agile leader who establishes high performance culture that enables teams to deliver exceptional results. He is well known for his ability to formulate and drive new initiatives to optimize business efficiencies, empower teams, and question conventional assumptions to reveal opportunities and pitfalls. He is active in Egypt mentoring high impact entrepreneurs through “Endeavor” a global nonprofit organization focused on long term economic growth. He played a pivotal role in Vision 2030 strategy for the country which was approved by the President and plays a key role in driving these initiatives by establishing a strong Board to monitor all efforts. He was also involved in expansion of successful CSR program “Pepsi football School League”.دوري بيب ي س للمدارس ” which selected Mohamed Salah & 9 players out of the 11 Egyptian National team players.
Mr. Ismail is a graduate of Harvard University and served as Chairman of the Board - Endeavor Egypt. He was also a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Awj Holding Executive Committee in Saudi Arabia, serves on the Board of School of Business at American University in Cairo and Investment Holding Company for Cinema and Cultural events. Advisor to MAF CEO in Dubai and sits on several other boards Oriental Weavers, NI Consulting, Solarize Holding. He also established Real Estate Academy in Egypt in cooperation with the American University in Cairo and the National University of Singapore.
