Hafsa Qadeer is a social entrepreneur and Founder of ImInclusive, an enterprise that serves as the nexus of business, government and third sector in accelerating disability inclusion strategies and action across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). ImInclusive made history as the first inclusive employment platform to receive social accreditation in the United Arab Emirates. In 2024, it was recognized with the UAE president's honor. Her team services more than 100 employers per year to provide access to work in journeys co-created with people of determination. From employment readiness to government strategies for disability inclusion, her platform and advocacy have built training programs that reach over 28000 individuals to learn about disability inclusion and provide upskilling, readiness and retention support to entrepreneurs and job seekers with disabilities, nationals and residents, in the UAE.

Her expertise spans inclusive human capital development, value-chain integration, and leveraging partnerships to achieve equitable outcomes. She was previously featured by UN Women and served as a panelist during a multistakeholder forum at the 61st session of the Commission for Social Development, where she shared insights and solutions for bridging injustice gaps and building more equitable economic ecosystems. She graduated in International Business from Dubai's Middlesex University Campus and is currently pursuing a CIPD7 Strategic People Management Diploma. She is a member of the Board of Advisor on the Dubai College of Economy and Tourism and champions inclusion, community, equity and social justice at all platforms.
