Ms. Asma Masoud is a senior People & Culture leader and member of the Executive Management Committee at Al Abdulghani Motors, where she serves as Director of People & Culture. With over a decade of experience in management consulting and executive leadership across the Middle East, she has worked extensively with organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to advance strategic transformation and foster inclusive workplace cultures.

At Al Abdulghani Motors, she leads the organization’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with corporate values and business performance. Her approach integrates global best practices with regional priorities, cultivating a culture grounded in empowerment, accountability, and social responsibility.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Masoud led consulting projects focused on human resources management, strategic planning, corporate governance, family-business restructuring, and change management, helping organizations strengthen governance frameworks and align people strategies with long-term growth.

Ms. Masoud holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Hashemite University, Jordan.
