Nancy Chenard, a Congolese woman born on October 5, 1983, holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Industrial Development from the University of Orléans in France and the University of Skövde in Sweden. She currently serves as the Secretary General of Unicongo, the largest employers’ federation in the Republic of Congo. In this role, she actively represents the private sector before the government and development partners, while working to improve the business climate and promote public policies that foster equitable and inclusive economic growth.

Her career is enriched by extensive international experience. She has worked in diverse sectors such as real estate, solar energy, and the oil and gas industry, both as an employee and entrepreneur.
