Gustavo holds a PhD in Business Sciences and currently works as a professor at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is also the Focal Point in Colombia for the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and is the current vice president of the Latin America and Caribbean chapter. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Colombian Network of the UN Global Compact Network in Colombia and is one of the hosts of a radio show called Caracol Sostenible.
