He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a Master's in Economic Regulation from Adolfo Ibáñez University. In 2018, he was appointed General Director of the South American Energy Platform at Acciona, managing operations in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil. Since 2015, the platform grew from 45MW to 900MW in operation and over 1.5GW in development, making it the largest 100% renewable energy company in Chile. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Colbún, one of Chile's largest energy companies, with the goal of accelerating its growth in renewable energies, energy solutions, and regional expansion. Since 2009, he has supported the growth of the Chilean Association of Renewable Energies and Storage (ACERA), first as Executive Vice President, then as Vice President, and from 2017 to May 2022, as President.
