Dialogue Over Dinner at the James Beard House (Premium Pass Benefit)
Description

Join us at the James Beard House, the storied Greenwich Village brownstone that was once home to James Beard, the "Dean of American Cookery." Since 1986, this landmark townhouse has served as a living culinary center where the world's most celebrated chefs gather to shape the future of American cuisine.

This intimate dinner will feature a James Beard Foundation guest who will examine the climate challenges reshaping the restaurant industry, from supply chain disruptions to extreme weather, and the practical solutions helping restaurateurs and chefs rethink sourcing, reduce waste and build resilience into their menus and business models.

The conversation will be paired with a thoughtfully curated dinner created by a guest chef that reflects the evening's themes, prepared in the same historic kitchen where Beard himself once cooked. It's a rare opportunity to connect with peers across sectors and deepen your understanding of the climate-food nexus, all within one of the most iconic addresses in American gastronomy.

Open to Premium Pass Ticket Holders. If interested in upgrading your ticket type to premium, contact us at events@unglobalcompact.org.
