Mary Awad Menassa is a Senior Climate Action Specialist and Coordinator at the UNFCCC – World Green Economy Organization Regional Collaboration Centre for the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia regions, where she specializes in facilitating climate action planning and implementation at the regional levels. She previously was a project officer at the UNDP climate change projects in the Lebanese Ministry of Environment, focusing on climate policymaking, ministerial coordination, and partner engagement.
