Lucita Jasmin is the Director of Sustainability and External Affairs at Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Ltd (APRIL Group), a leading manufacturer of renewable, fiber-based products based in Singapore and with operations in Indonesia.

In this role, Lucita spearheads the advancement and implementation of the company's sustainability commitments, policies, and programmes, and helps drive the integration of sustainability in business strategy and transformation. She led the development and drives the implementation of APRIL’s 2030 agenda, which is aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and comprises commitments to achieve 18 ambitious targets under climate, nature protection and conservation, inclusive progress, and sustainable business growth.

Lucita is also responsible for fostering constructive engagement and collaborations with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to build support for and continue advancing sustainability in the company. 

Prior to joining APRIL, Lucita worked at the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, where she led strategy development, planning, and execution of global communication programs and campaigns focused on resource efficiency and sustainable consumption and production.
