Ingrid Reumert is Senior Vice President for Global Stakeholder Relations at Ørsted A/S and part of the Group Executive Management. Among other things, Ingrid is responsible for Group Public Affairs, Group Regulatory Affairs, Group Sustainability, for External and Internal Communications, Branding and Marketing, as well as Global Real Estate and Workplace Management at Ørsted.
Previously, Ingrid was Vice President of Global External Relations & Sustainability at The VELUX Group where she was responsible for development of VELUX Sustainability strategy towards 2041 among other things. Before then she was Director for Global Public Affairs at Terma A/S (defense sector). She has also served as political advisor in the Danish Parliament, where she was also a founding member of a new political party (New Alliance) and has served as political advisor on Climate, Energy and Foreign Affairs in the European Parliament in Brussels. She holds an MA in Political Science from Aarhus University, Denmark and Sciences-Po, Paris.
Ingrid is a board member at the think tank EUROPE, board member of State of Green, member of the Advisory Group for Copenhagen Airport A/S and a member of WWF Denmark’s presidium. Previously she has served as Chair of the Danish Governments Committee for Energy Efficient Transition and the Danish Governments Climate Partnership for the Built Environment, as well as several Danish and European industry associations.
