Cody Ragonese is the Deputy Director of Programs at Equimundo, specializing in the intersections of masculinities and gender equality. In his role, he supports program design, implementation, and evaluation of gender transformative initiatives. Cody manages partnerships with private and public sector actors globally to engage boys and men. He collaborates with companies in male-dominated sectors to highlight the benefits of gender equality and develop strategies to engage men as allies. Cody's interest in gender equity began during his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Eswatini. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, with a focus on Monitoring & Evaluation and Sex, Sexuality, and Gender from Boston University, and a BA in International Development from American University’s School of International Service.
