Adele is currently leading GSK’s sustainability strategy and global partnerships to deliver on GSK’s commitment for a net zero, nature positive, healthier world. Adele is responsible for GSK’s approach to carbon credits, nature protection and restoration activities and she is very passionate about the connection between climate, nature, and health. She joined GSK in 2013 and held different roles in Procurement, Product Innovation, CEO office and Global Health before joining the Sustainability team in 2021.

Prior to GSK, Adele had different Marketing roles in Italy and China after obtaining a master’s degree in International Management from Bocconi University and Fudan University.
