Thanya was invited to play a role in helping create a sustainable economy, society, and environment as the Executive Director of the Global Compact Network Thailand. A part of the UN Global Compact initiative coordinating to enable Thailand and related countries to achieve the 17 Sustainability Development Goals by 2030 for future generations.

GCNT coordinates sustainability through processes and assessment tools for developing strategies throughout Thailand. It aims to raise awareness and boost goal-setting abilities in businesses and drive the private sector to collaborate regardless of which industry, its business context, or state of competition. Of course, the sustainability goals must correspond with and be truly co-beneficial for long-term business operations and society.

She had 24 years of experience in the corporate compliance system, engineering, and supply chain management, from Johnson & Johnson. (the world's largest health care company) and with Procter & Gamble. (the world's largest consumer product company), she developed and deploy the strategic initiative with automation, e-Mfg, and Data Analytics.
