Alyssa is Baker McKenzie's Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). She is responsible for Baker McKenzie’s sustainability strategy, goals and reporting, works with the Firm’s practices to develop and support its holistic sustainability client solution and maintains the Firm's relationships with global policy-shaping forums, including the UN Global Compact (UNGC), engaging with the business community and civil society on sustainability issues and promoting collaboration, working with like-minded businesses to encourage deeper corporate engagement on sustainability initiatives.

Prior to becoming CSO, Alyssa was a transactional partner at Baker McKenzie and Global Chair of its Global Consumer Goods & Retail industry group, leading many initiatives to raise visibility on sustainability challenges in the sector and the role of the legal department in addressing those challenges.

Alyssa is a frequent speaker on luxury, fashion, consumer goods and sustainability-related topics, is on Positive Luxury’s sustainability council and serves a judge for the BeautyMatter Next Awards.
