A seasoned politician and governance expert having served in various ministerial portfolios including Minister of Finance, Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Minister of Works and Supply, Minister of Energy & Water Development and currently serving as Minister of Technology and Science. A qualified and experienced Accountant with over 35 years of professional practice and ACCA Global Advocacy Award Winner.

As Minister of Technology and Science, his committed to contributing to the effective running of Government through harnessing the power of Innovation, Science and Technology for the economic and social development of the citizens of Zambia.
