Sarah Davidson is the Director for Water Policy at WWF. She leads the design and implementation of effective policy initiatives and strategic partnerships with governments, multilateral and bilateral aid agencies, and other stakeholders to advance WWF’s vision of a world where healthy freshwater systems allow people and nature to thrive. Areas of focus include global water governance, transboundary water management, and integration of water, sanitation and hygiene with freshwater conservation to improve human and river basin health.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for Nature Forward, an organization that inspires residents of the greater Washington, DC, region to appreciate, understand, and protect their natural environment through outdoor experiences, education, and advocacy.
