Todd serves as the technology lead for the CEO Water Mandate, managing the Water Action Hub and other technology initiatives. He has over 25 years of experience leading technology strategy and implementation across both the public and private sectors and is revitalizing the Water Action Hub to grow its resources with other CEO Water Mandate digital tools to become a global digital ecosystem of water stewardship tools to help solve some of today’s most pressing water challenges. 

Prior to joining the Pacific Institute, Todd served as CTO for a startup using smart water bottle refill stations to reduce single use plastic water bottles from the waste stream, and CIO for a customer experience focused market research firm conducting market research for government entities and major corporations.  

Todd holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
