Wendy Larson is a Senior Principal at LimnoTech, a water resources and environmental engineering consultancy headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Building on more than 35 years of technical and project management experience through a wide variety of projects in the U.S. and around the world, Wendy currently leads LimnoTech’s corporate water stewardship practice area. This work involves helping businesses better understand and quantify their direct and indirect water uses and risks, and develop sustainable practices that protect economic, social, and environmental needs. She also supports companies in developing strategies, goals and targets to minimize impacts through conservation, reuse and watershed actions. LimnoTech’s clients include global corporations, agencies, and non-governmental organizations. Key projects have involved the development/refinement of analytical protocols including Volumetric Water Benefit Accounting, water footprint assessments, development of watershed improvement plans, and quantification of water and co-benefits. Wendy has also conducted international training through her work with global corporations, the International Finance Corporation, World Wildlife Fund, and The Nature Conservancy.
