Adewale-Smatt Oyerinde, Director-General/Chief Executive at Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA), leads strategic growth for over 4,000 employers in Nigeria, across various sectors. With 20+ years of experience in HR/Industrial Relations, he champions Decent Work, eradication of Child labor, social justice and inclusive development.

Adewale-Smatt serves on the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO), boards of the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Nigrtia Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), and co-Chairs the NECA-ITF Technical Skills Development Project, among many others. His passion for Social Justice led him to partake in initiatives promoting Sustainable Development Goals Tripartism and Social Dialogue.

A PhD student in Human Resources at the University of Lagos, Adewale-Smatt is a UNIDO-trained ISO 9001:2015 Auditor and an advocate for Decent Work, Social Dialogue and Tripartism. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his courses at prestigious institutions like the London Business School. He is an alumnus of the ITC/ILO having attended many training courses at the Centre.

He is an author, public speaker, policy advocate, and youth advocate, Adewale-Smatt's expertise in Business Membership Organization management is recognized internationally. His dedication to promoting fair labor practices and inclusive growth sets a commendable example in the field.
