Nicole Stewart serves as the Director of Organisational Culture and Inclusion at Dubai Holding Entertainment, where she leads initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace across all assets. Since joining Dubai Holding in July 2023, she has spearheaded strategies that align the organization’s goals with the United Nations international benchmarks on disability inclusion and the UAE Vision 2031 for a forward economy. Her key areas of focus include inclusive hiring, education, skills training, accessibility in guest experience, and people engagement.

Nicole’s leadership and commitment to advancing disability inclusion earned her the Dubai North Star of Inclusion Award from the UAE Ministry of Community Development. Prior to her current role, she served as Organisational Behaviour Manager at Emirates (2021–2023) and Organisational Behaviour Specialist at dnata (2019–2021). She also held risk hazards consulting roles with DEKRA Organisational Reliability and Optimus Seventh Generation, where she progressed from Project Assistant to Junior Implementation Consultant.

Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Human Factors in Aviation from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
